Yesterday I ran over the Manahttan bridge. It’s not as pretty as running over the Brooklyn bridge but for some reason I like it better. I think it is because there is not as many people and I can really meditate while running. I highly recommend meditation running. Wow! It is amazing. When I started off running I had my the normal mental chatter. I was thinking how I am keeping up my running 👣45-50 miles per week. Then I started thinking about my new years resolutions and am I sticking to them. One of my resolution promises is as I move closer to my sixth decade is to function, more than I already have been, in a ketosis state of mind. This is when I feel my best. Please note this is only my opinion for me. I do not suggest this for you. I only share my opinion. I am not an expert in ketosis. I just know what works for me. For me my energy is off the chart when I am in a ketosis state of mind, energy, clarity and calm. This is because all my energy is coming from fat, ketogenesis. I eat clean. I do not eat anything processed or any sugar at all, my carbs are naturally low. I also eat lots of raw foods. Fruit is my natural candy. I do not deprive myself anything, therefore I do most of my own baking and cooking. I cannot suggest or I will not suggest any type of low carb diet, because I do not believe in diets. Diets do not work. But I will say this, when running the mental clarity is amazing. After all my thoughts, I find myself just with breath. It really is a pure “natural high”. It does not get much better than this. The Moon is in Aquarius, tendancy to demand freedom and uniqueness. Enjoy☮️
